The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail's customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple's products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.
As part of WW REMM, the Merchandising team inspires customers to discover, learn about, and buy Apple products, services, and accessories through merchandising that delivers a personalized experience like no other. The Geo Merchandising team's mission is to execute, localize and optimize the WW strategy in the region, ensuring the maximum relevance of Apple campaigns and developing bespoke strategies to support local cultural moments.
Description
Accessories are a vital part of Apple's customer experience, delivering complete solutions alongside its hero products and services. We take pride in curating and merchandising the best products in the market to the highest standards, working closely with our talented store teams to create a best-in-class experience. The Geo Product Merchandiser drives the commercial performance and lifecycle management of third-party accessories across Apple Retail Stores and Apple Store Online, ensuring these products enhance the overall experience of Apple's products and services.","responsibilities":"Work closely with the WW Accessories Product Merchandising team to understand the global strategy and adapt the strategy to country and local needs
Drive the commercial performance of the assortment, using detailed analytics and qualitative research
Own the product lifecycle management from initial forecasting to end of life
Develop specific 3PP accessories to enhance in-Geo campaign and brand moments
Partner and collaborate closely with AMR Visual Merchandising team to integrate product and visual strategies
Continuously look for opportunities to drive revenue of accessories through analysis of performance by SKU / brand to ensure optimal ranging by store/country
Partner with the Online store publishing team to optimize the digital performance of accessories
Lead geo compliance coordination by driving cross-functional alignment on regional regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications
Skilled partnership experience with the ability to develop relationships at all levels including senior management
Excellent collaboration skills, ability to partner with diverse technical and creative teams
Experience presenting complex topics to senior leadership internally and with 3rd party partners
Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
Project management and process improvement experience a plus
Demonstrates Apple's values of inclusion and diversity.
BA/BS degree, MBA a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
5-8 years experience in buying, merchandising and/or product development functions
Deep understanding of the consumer electronics market, including key trends and customer behavior.
Strong data analysis skills with high degree of Excel/Numbers proficiency
Ability to synthesize insights into clear story-telling, and create executive-level presentations using Keynote
Strong familiarity with Apple Ecosystems and the iOS App Store
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding decision-making skills, with strong ability to make informed decisions in highly ambiguous environments

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,500 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
