Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple's largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. We have an open position within Retail Customer Care (RCC) for an enthusiastic, motivated, and hands-on professional to partner with leadership in driving strategic business planning and communications for the organization. This includes supporting the planning, development, and implementation of strategies across all facets of business operations, guided by a robust, consistent, and clear communication approach aligned with our organizational goals.

This role is suitable for individuals who are energetic, enterprising, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.","responsibilities":"Plan and support the Site Leader in driving RCC strategies focused on operational excellence, talent development, innovation, inclusion and diversity, and more.
Execute cadence and management system for RCC strategic activities, and help coordinate business operations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Support Geo Leader in planning and coordinating leadership site visits and key communication meetings, including contributing to agenda development.
Provide thought leadership around relevant topics affecting the org.
Implement communication strategies that promote awareness and alignment around key organizational themes. This includes supporting the execution of leadership staff meetings, quarterly off-sites, manager sessions, all-team meetings, and internal communications (e.g., websites, message boards, and emails).
Identify issues that impede business success in achieving key strategies, and provide thoughtful recommendations for addressing these issues.
Identify opportunities to create stronger cross group collaboration and synergies.
Create platforms and engagement forums that enable leaders to connect with employees in fun and meaningful ways that reflect Apple's culture and values.
Contribute to delivering employee experiences that are thoughtfully designed-intentional, authentic, and aligned with Apple's values.
Develop best-in-class communication collateral aligned with corporate brand guidelines and Apple's design and style philosophy.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in shaping and implementing complex regional programs and initiatives, with the ability to drive and lead multiple implementation projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving abilities
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to zoom in and out as needed
Demonstrated ability to work independently in areas of ambiguity
Proven ability to build strong relationships within cross-functional teams, with demonstrated success in managing complex international collaborations
Experience interacting with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of management
Ability to work within a flexible schedule and embrace change enthusiastically
High level of ethics, integrity, and trust
Experience in graphic design, desktop publishing, or web-based media such as newsletters, blogs, or websites is a plus
Deep experience in an operations strategy role
Experience in a call center organization is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
7 years of experience in project management or business strategy work, with a focus on planning and communications, including 3 years of experience in a role that leads strategic initiatives across stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to design communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and ensure flawless execution
Excellent planning, organizational, and implementation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience creating slide decks for large groups, including proficiency in or willingness to learn Keynote. Proficiency in photo/video editing applications.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
