The RFO team is dedicated to driving innovation and operational excellence, ensuring a seamless and outstanding customer experience through strategic planning, precise execution, and effective program management.

Description

The Americas Retail Fulfillment Operations Manager is responsible for driving process and system improvements that maximize sell-through, ensuring the seamless flow and availability of goods throughout the supply chain. This role leads a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience across both retail and online channels, ensuring that Apple products are available as promised and ready for customers to purchase.

As a key member of our management team, you will:

-Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, SDM, Logistics, Readiness, and BPR teams to achieve best-in-class outcomes for our customers.

-Drive flawless execution of retail initiatives focused on improving convenience, speed, clarity, cost-efficiency, and coverage across both Digital and Physical Stores.

-Partner with cross-functional teams to establish and track key reporting and performance metrics.

-Develop proposals for future functionalities and system enhancements, providing clear, concise updates to leadership on progress.

-Lead the training and development of a high-performing team capable of thriving in Apple's fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in supply chain operations with a deep understanding of industry best practices.

Strong analytical abilities, skilled in analyzing complex data to drive informed decision-making.

Proven leadership experience, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

Excellent program and project management skills, focused on delivering results while fostering accountability without control.

Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior and executive management.

Proven ability to build strong, cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Solution-focused with a proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems efficiently and effectively.

Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and focus on high-impact projects in a dynamic environment.

Resilient under pressure, maintaining a customer-centric attitude with professionalism and adaptability.

an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field

Previous experience in leading teams, product planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, program management, or supply chain management.
