As the Americas Design Facilitation Lead, you are the ultimate storyteller and experience architect. Your mission is to illustrate the "art of the possible" for our enterprise customers. You will design and lead immersive workshops, build hands-on demonstrations, and guide C-suite executives toward groundbreaking solutions using the Apple platform. Description
Design & Facilitate: Architect and lead high-impact design sprints, workshops, and immersive sessions with C-level executives to solve complex horizontal and vertical workflow challenges.
Showcase the Magic: Innovate new ways to bring Apple technology to life. Create hands-on, interactive experiences that let enterprise customers touch, feel, and truly understand the transformative power of our ecosystem.
Collaborate & Align: Partner deeply with Sales, Product Marketing, Business Markets, and Channel Interactive teams to translate customer needs into customized, scalable engagements that drive critical business outcomes.
Evangelize Innovation: Champion design thinking methodologies internally and externally. Act as a trusted advisor and evangelist for Apple's platform technologies, roadmaps, and competitive landscape.
Drive Strategy: Diagnose complex organizational challenges, facilitate alignment across large cross-functional teams, and guide stakeholders toward clear, well-reasoned decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an Executive Briefing Center, Customer Experience Center, top-tier Consulting firm, or similar high-profile customer engagement environment.
A background in product marketing, technology consulting, technical evangelism, or enterprise solutions architecture.
A profound, genuine passion for Apple's ecosystem, corporate culture, and the role design plays in our customer experiences (beyond just personal use).
Experience developing interactive content or immersive experiences that scale across different customer segments.
A masterful storyteller who thrives in ambiguity, operates with a sense of urgency, and brings empathy and exceptional attention to detail to their work.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in design consulting, in-house design leadership, or a combination of both, backed by a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent.
Executive Presence: Exceptional ability to compellingly present, influence, and facilitate strategic discussions with C-suite leaders and senior executives.
Design Mastery: Deep fluency in structured design methods (journey mapping, service blueprinting, design thinking frameworks, prototyping) and the judgment to know when to apply them. Strong craft skills using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Tech Translation: Exceptional communication skills with a unique talent for translating complex technical concepts and rationale into compelling narratives for non-design and non-technical audiences.
Project Leadership: Proven track record of managing multiple partners, navigating competing priorities, and coordinating complex cross-functional teams to achieve common sales objectives.
Curiosity & Passion: Extensive, hands-on experience evangelizing emerging technologies in a business context, driven by a continuous learning mindset.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
