AIML - Sr Engineering Program Manager, Apple Intelligence and Model Evaluation

As an AIML Engineering Program Manager (EPM) at Apple, you will drive complex and innovative GenAI-based features that are essential to the success of Apple's products. We seek candidates with exceptional emotional intelligence who can lead diverse cross-functional teams to deliver key features integrated across all Apple products and services.

Description
Drive and ship all aspects of large, cross-functional projects. Lead concurrent initiatives by defining project scope, authoring requirements, verifying resource allocation across the technology stack, identifying and mitigating risks, and establishing concise and thorough project timelines. Establish trust and create opportunities for seamless collaboration with colleagues across the AIML organization along with other Apple groups (e.g. Software Engineering, Hardware, Services) to ensure successful delivery of critical features.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GenAI and machine learning-powered features, particularly in the model evaluation space, is a significant advantage.
Masters (or higher) in Computer Science or related field is a significant advantage.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in leadings successful software programs.
Have personally orchestrated the successful delivery of multiple significant client/server software products involving large-scale, cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with a curiosity and appetite for solving complex problems.
High level of accountability and responsibility.
Ability to drive strategic priorities and ensure teams are focused on the right things at the right time.
Self-motivated, and able to motivate colleagues, to drive tasks to completion.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
Comfortable communicating and presenting at all organizational levels.
Strong technical proficiency.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
