We are seeking a creative, hands-on AI/ML Engineer to help design and deploy intelligent software tools that use the latest in ML and generative AI to solve exciting design and system optimization problems.

Apply advanced analytics, classical ML (regression, classification, clustering, anomaly detection), and generative AI (LLMs, multimodal models, agents) to uncover actionable insights.
Contribute to the architecture and development of end-to-end software pipelines that deliver real-time, data-driven insights to design teams.
Drive the full lifecycle of ML solutions - from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and performance monitoring.
Partner closely with RF, system design, and software engineering teams to integrate AI-driven tools into existing workflows.
Champion data quality, automation, and continuous improvement across the ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing and analyzing experiments or A/B tests for data-driven decision making.
Ability to translate complex engineering and business questions into well-structured analytical approaches.
Experience building LLM-based prototypes or AI agents, particularly for multimodal or domain-specific applications.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects of varying scope and timelines, balancing depth and speed.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
3+ years of relevant work experience in industry or academia.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong understanding of core ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, anomaly detection) and familiarity with emerging generative AI methods (LLMs, agents, multimodal models).
Proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Proven experience bringing ML models from prototype to production, including integration with large-scale design or validation systems.
Strong software engineering and data processing skills in Python, including use of libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and Scikit-Learn.
Solid foundation in system architecture and performance optimization across multi-language environments.
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field
