AIML - Data Collections Moderator, Data Operations

You are a vital part of the AIML Data Collections team. You will have the opportunity to coordinate with project managers to support vital data collections from both internal and external participants to design, train and test our machine learning models.

Description

You will work as a key member of the data collections team supporting both in-lab and vendor-based projects. Your roles will include setting up devices and labs, ensuring devices are functioning properly and updated with the required builds, recruiting participants to sessions, training and onboarding rotational, contractor and vendor-based moderators, moderating data collection sessions with participants, troubleshooting issues and performing tasks to ensure that data is of the highest quality. You will also support key cross-team initiatives.","responsibilities":"Support collections projects including setting up internal and external labs, devices and apps, recruiting and managing participants, moderating sessions and running scripts to verify data and ensure quality

Provide status, reporting and feedback to Project Managers and client teams for collections

Recruit, onboard and coach team members (ACAs and DCMs) for internal projects

Contribute to cross-team initiatives or special projects, such as maintaining key inventories

Troubleshooting devices, enabling technical device setups, and writing or modifying basic scripts

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree

5 years experience working with people in a professional environment

Proven ability to resolve basic technical issues with different Apple hardware and software. Aptitude for setup and troubleshooting of devices and software builds

Expertise navigating systems and tools, sharing best practices with team members
