The Ecosystem Products and Technologies (EP&T) team seeks an experienced and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a Senior Director and the Beats, Home, Accessory, and Ecosystem teams. We're looking for a team player with a friendly, can-do mindset! The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member, steward of the organization's culture, and possess exceptional organizational skills, initiative, and detail-oriented excellence.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be a key contributor, extending your influence beyond your immediate team to support broader organizational objectives and works alongside other admins to provide support.","responsibilities":"Executive Support & Calendar Management: Proactively manage complex calendars for a Senior Director, including travel, anticipating scheduling conflicts, prioritizing meetings based on business objectives, and making independent adjustments with minimal guidance.
Team Support & Coordination: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Director and their teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Project & Event Leadership: Lead and coordinate larger events and projects, such as office moves, seating arrangements, communications and launch events, team building, new hire on-boarding, and All-Team/Global Team Meetings. Manage all logistics, communications, and budget tracking.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Frequently work cross-functionally as a representative for your organization, collaborating with stakeholders from various departments to influence appropriate courses of action on new or evolving processes.
Financial and Purchasing Management: Independently manage and process purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, and corporate card reconciliations, ensuring compliance and accurate budget tracking.
Coordinate office and facilities. Collaborate with other admins on space planning and building management. Oversee conference room management and maintain office common areas. Identify and implement efficiency improvements for the team.
Problem Solving & Innovation: Anticipate challenges for upcoming projects and events. Identify gaps and propose new methods to improve best practices. Contribute work outside your primary area of expertise. Prioritize tasks, manage time independently, and make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn on the fly and deal with ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting Senior Directors or VPs in a fast-paced, high-tech environment (engineering teams preferred).
Demonstrate autonomy on complex assignments, exercise initiative, and make sound decisions impacting the team and organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailoring messaging for diverse audiences, presenting complex information clearly, and effectively communicating change impacts.
Expert organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, adept at prioritizing complex workloads, anticipating needs, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Cultivate strong team and cross-functional relationships to create a network of partners for important discussions and project planning.
Technically savvy, with a comprehensive understanding of Apple tools and a proactive approach to improving processes.
Unwavering attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness, even with high-volume tasks.
Interest in Beats and music is a plus!
Minimum Qualifications
Associates degree, and/or equivalent experience.
5 years of previous administrative experience supporting one or more senior executives.
Expert-level proficiency with a variety of technologies and software tools, including Apple software such as Calendar, eApproval, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers, and collaboration tools like Slack, Box, and Quip.
Knowledgeable about Apple operating systems, applications, and devices.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling highly confidential and sensitive information.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $35.98 and $63.96/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
