Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Places team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask while working in an innovative, change-oriented environment. You are self-motivated, proactive, team oriented and maintain a strong emphasis on organization with unwavering attention to detail. You exercise good judgment, have phenomenal communication skills as you own and execute tasks with minimal direction.

This role will provide administrative and calendar support for senior leaders on our Places team. Responsibilities will include managing their calendars with precision, understanding priorities and ensuring most efficient use of time. You will coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process expense reports. You will plan, coordinate, and execute internal events such as off-site meetings and team building events. You will also collaborate with our global administrative and retail support teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrate a passion for learning, continuous improvement, and sharing best practices.

Able to remain calm and effective under pressure.

Build relationships within and outside of our teams to support the needs of the organization.

Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion, and upmost secrecy.

Proficiency in Apple products and programs such as Calendar, Numbers and Keynote.

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of relevant Administrative experience.

Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills with a strong sense of professionalism.

Communicate effectively with clear and concise detail.

Superior organization skills, acute attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.

Prioritize schedules to reflect most critical matters, pro-active calendar management to resolve conflicts and challenges by anticipating needs.

Provide an exceptional response rate and flexibility.

Must be able to lift, push, pull 15lbs or more for equipment ordering, shipping, etc
