Description

The Administrative Admin Operations Lead supports the administrative team and software engineering departments by streamlining processes, managing operations, and coordinating space planning initiatives. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Problem Resolution: Anticipate, resolve, and escalate administrative issues; stay flexible to changing business needs.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between administrative staff, engineering teams, and other departments, and work together on special projects when needed.
  • Budget Management: Track and monitor administrative and employee relations budgets with Finance and Executive Assistants.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient workflows and policies to enhance productivity.
  • Operational Oversight: Support daily admin functions, ensure compliance with procedures, and improve processes as needed.
  • Space Planning: Create and execute space strategies, track headcount, and maintain planning systems.
  • Admin Support: Provide equivalent admin support to engineering teams and leaders when administrative assistants are out, including calendar management.
  • Project Management: Takes ownership of projects, events and special initiatives from start to finish, driving successful execution with proactive problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience, supporting director-level or higher and their calendars, preferably in a high tech environment.
  • Experience supporting large teams (500+ employees).
  • Previous project management, event planning, and operations experience
  • Skilled in managing change, resolving conflicts, and exercising sound judgment.

  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Positive, proactive, and calm under pressure.
  • Creative in fostering team culture and managing ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $42.64 and $74.56/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
