Description
The Operations team within Apple TV Marketing is tasked with building processes/workflows, managing budgets, and facilitating all creative production in partnership with our creative teams.
As the Acquisition Ad Producer, you will work in partnership with the Media team to develop and implement acquisition marketing across digital channels to support Apple TV campaigns, including programmatic display & social. You will manage priorities for our creative agency, lead the creative development process, facilitate stakeholder approvals, and ensure quality and accuracy from a Legal, Media, and Strategy perspective. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to develop testing plans, review results and align on creative and media optimizations.

You will communicate with relevant groups (Creatives, Media, Strategy, etc.) throughout Apple to ensure they are kept up to date on the progress of our ads, have all necessary materials, and are aligned with our work.
Responsibilities:
Manage all Acquisition single and multi-title paid media production work streams from briefing, handing off assets, creative development, legal reviews to delivery.
Oversee the creative agency across the work to ensure they hit milestones, adhere to best practices and all work is approved by the appropriate internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Media on strategic objectives, testing plans, creative needs and optimizations.
Liaise with internal Creative teams to review, provide feedback and approve all creative assets to Apple standards.
Track a range of notes and feedback across multiple rounds of creative development.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Acquisition creative, ensuring best practices, approved templates and specs are adhered to, prior to delivery.
Continually evaluate and optimize in-market creative, collaborate with internal/external partners to identify efficiencies and evolve the work appropriately.
Oversee localization for global markets to ensure translations and copy are accurate and locally relevant.
Preferred Qualifications
You understand performance data and how to pull creative insights that inform better creative work.
A passion and excitement for entertainment, the creative process, and figuring out the "how" across a multitude of complex issues.
Experience briefing and managing creative agencies and/or managing high level clients - preferably across entertainment or brand marketing.
You can balance working in a fast-paced, creatively driven organization applying strong work ethic.
Your project and time management skills are excellent, you learn fast, and can accommodate rapid change reacting quickly to new information.
You are a strategic thinker, comfortable navigating and ensuring alignment with brand content strategy.
You can inventively problem solve and organize information at a high level to address potential roadblocks and define the best way forward with rigorous attention to detail.
You have extraordinary communication and negotiation skills and are at ease building rapport, credibility and influence with multiple partners working in a dynamic, highly matrixed organization.
Minimum Qualifications
You have over 10 years of marketing experience working for global brands, ideally digital specific, with an emphasis on building performance-oriented campaigns.
You understand digital & social behaviors and how to inform the development of integrated creative campaigns.
You are a passionate Apple user who is familiar with Apple applications, including Mail, Numbers, Keynote, Pages, and Calendar.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $142,600 and $215,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
