We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and operationally-minded Revenue Operations Manager to partner directly with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This is a pivotal role that will act as a force multiplier for the CRO, ensuring the effective execution of our go-to-market strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, and managing the strategic priorities of the Revenue organization. Your Impact
- Internal & External Representation: Prepare and support the CRO for key internal and external engagements, including board presentations, customer meetings, and industry events.
- Meeting Management & Communication: Own the agenda, content, and follow-up for key leadership meetings, including CRO staff meetings, QBRs, and executive-level presentations. Ensure clear communication of decisions, action items, and strategic updates to the broader Revenue team.
- Operational Excellence & Execution: Partner with Revenue Leadership Team to define, track, and operationalize key strategic initiatives. This includes supporting the annual planning process, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and ongoing performance management.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a central hub for communication and collaboration between the Revenue organization and other departments, including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal. Ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of company-wide initiatives that impact revenue.
- Financial Budget Alignment - Manage the Revenue organization's annual and quarterly financial budget, which supports a 700-person cross-functional team. This involves allocating funds across various business units to ensure strategic alignment with go-to-market priorities and rigorously tracking actual expenditures against budget targets.
- Special Projects & Initiatives: Lead and execute high-priority, ad-hoc projects on behalf of the CRO. This could range from market analysis and competitive intelligence to organizational design and change management.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in the SaaS industry
- Solid operational background is essential. Experience in a business operations, strategy, or similar high-impact, cross-functional role is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Chief of Staff or similar role is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end go-to-market process in a B2B SaaS environment, including sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and compelling narratives.
- High degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate with a high level of autonomy.
- Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $152,000.00 - $190,000.00 [base pay]. The actual compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
Please note that compensation is just one aspect of a comprehensive Total Rewards package. The compensation range listed here does not include additional benefits or any discretionary bonuses you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
