What You'll Be Doing:
- Establish and nurture long-term, sustainable relationships with assigned accounts, acting as the single point of contact for all technical engagements.
- Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Account Manager to identify and prioritize strategic technical activities that drive account growth and expand Synopsys' footprint.
- Map customer requirements to Synopsys solutions, leveraging expertise across industry verticals and product lines.
- Coordinate technical resources worldwide-including presales, support, consulting, and training-to execute account growth strategies and deliver on customer expectations.
- Monitor technical support activities, ensuring follow-up and coaching for staff and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Facilitate strong connections between customer teams and Synopsys development for effective resolution of defects and enhancement requests.
- Support account-based marketing strategies to drive technology adoption and deployment initiatives.
- Lead opportunity qualification and drive technical campaigns for complex customer engagements.
- Advise on market sizing initiatives and contribute to product enhancement and competitive positioning.
- Champion technology deployment and adoption, including partner solutions, to maximize customer value.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or related field (BS+8, MS+6, PhD+3 years of experience required).
- Demonstrated expertise with engineering software, preferably Ansys/Synopsys or similar CAE, CAD, EDA, PLM platforms.
- Deep understanding of Synopsys products, technology, and their application across various customer segments.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical activities across multiple physics and product lines.
- Logical problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and a sense of urgency in all tasks.
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as application engineering, support, or consulting (preferred: 4+ years).
- Ability to interact effectively with senior business managers and C-level executives.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25-50% as required.
