You Are:

You are a proactive leader with a strong background in cybersecurity and team management. You excel at handling customer inquiries, coordinating across teams, and implementing process improvements. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in fast-paced settings set you apart.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage daily intake and triage of customer cybersecurity requests.
• Lead and mentor Customer Assessment Analysts.
• Coordinate with IT, cybersecurity, business units, and customers.
• Streamline and automate customer request processes.
• Provide metrics and identify trends in customer security requests.
• Review team responses and ensure accurate, timely communication.

• Improve customer satisfaction and trust in Ansys's security.
• Enhance process efficiency and response times.
• Support business units with accurate data security information.
• Drive automation and best practices in customer assessments.
• Identify trends to inform strategy and product improvements.
• Build a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and risk domains.
• Project management and process improvement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2+ years of direct customer experience.
• Preferred: SANS/ISC2/CompTIA, PMP certifications.

• Positive, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator.
• Customer-focused with a sense of urgency.
