What You'll Be Doing:

  • Driving innovation in high-speed interface DDR IP products, facilitating the development of cutting-edge solutions and SI/PI methodologies.
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction by providing expert SI/PI support and guidance for interface IP integration at both pre- and post-sales stages.
  • Supporting management decisions by delivering in-depth insights into technical challenges, SI/PI methodologies, tool requirements, and customer needs.
  • Mentoring and developing junior talent within the engineering design organization, nurturing the next generation of technical leaders.
  • Fostering a collaborative and innovative R&D environment that encourages the sharing of ideas and continuous improvement.
  • Defining SI/PI requirements and methodologies for high-performance interface IP, ensuring seamless integration from silicon to system level.

What You'll Need:
  • Proven expertise in signal and power integrity for high-speed interfaces, including mixed-signal design and off-chip system signaling.
  • Deep experience with SI/PI modeling, analysis, debugging, and tools such as Ansys Nexxim/HFSS/SiWave and Synopsys PrimeSim Hspice (Keysight ADS is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication, organization, risk assessment, and time management skills, with the ability to abstract and communicate actionable conclusions.
  • Strong documentation skills for generating and supporting written specifications and effectively communicating them within design teams and to external customers.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in supporting interface IP product development (preferably DDR), system integration, and SI/PI verification flows and methodologies.
