What You'll Be Doing:
- Contributing as a core member of the capability development team, designing, developing, testing, and documenting new features for the STK software platform.
- Investigating and resolving complex technical issues discovered by QA or product support, ensuring a robust and reliable user experience.
- Championing and implementing best practices in commercial software development, with a focus on maintainability, scalability, and performance.
- Working to reduce the backlog of existing bugs and driving architecture improvements for long-term product evolution.
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including PhD-level experts in aerospace, imaging, radar, and related fields, to deliver innovative solutions.
- Engaging in continuous learning and knowledge sharing, staying up-to-date with advancements and software engineering methodologies.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 2 years' experience or Master's degree.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and experience with Visual Studio development environments.
- Experience with the commercial software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
- Modeling and simulation experience, particularly in aerospace and defense applications, is highly desirable.
