What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with development teams and customers to test and validate SMART crack growth functionality.
• Develop SMART crack growth benchmarks to advance Synopsys' fracture mechanics capabilities.
• Build finite element models and execute simulations using Ansys APDL software.
• Apply analytical or numerical methods to process and validate simulation results.

What You'll Need:

• Currently pursuing a master level degree of mechanical engineering in France
• Strong computational mechanics background.
• In-depth understanding of finite element formulations or other numerical simulation methods.
• Proven ability to overcome obstacles and drive projects to completion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies.
