What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop deep relationships and build trust with senior executives and business leaders, providing thought leadership on people-related strategies such as leadership development, culture, employee engagement, talent deployment, and succession planning.
  • Advise senior leaders on the implications of short and long-term decisions, strategies, and large-scale change efforts to drive sustainable business results.
  • Engage in organizational design, process improvement, and workflow optimization to help teams operate more effectively and reach peak efficiency.
  • Leverage data analytics to diagnose organizational challenges and provide actionable HR business insights, collaborating with HR COEs and operations for innovative solutions.
  • Define and lead change management initiatives, fostering organizational transformation and facilitating the implementation of strategic decisions.
  • Serve as a key member of the global business leadership team, delivering expert advice, strategies, and solutions.
  • Counsel and coach leaders on talent issues, including performance management, high-potential employee identification, and managing underperformance.
  • Facilitate initiatives that build a high-performing organization aligned with strategic leadership agendas.
  • Partner with Synopsys Centers of Excellence globally, owning ACE and supporting TSG with innovative people initiatives.
  • Balance "run the business" people processes with transformational "change the business" projects, especially for the Technical Sales Group.

What You'll Need:
  • Minimum of 13 years' experience in HR, talent management, or people operations-ideally in a global, high-tech environment.
  • Strong expertise in talent review, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and business transformation, particularly within technical sales or customer excellence groups.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in HR systems, analytics, and process optimization.
  • Ability to travel and work flexibly across global time zones.

The Team You'll Be A Part Of:

You'll join a highly collaborative, global People Team at Synopsys, partnering closely with the Ansys Customer Excellence and Technical Sales Group. The team is focused on driving both operational excellence and transformative change, supporting the broader Synopsys ecosystem (GTM, Product, Product Management) and advancing talent strategies that empower innovation and growth. You'll be a key individual contributor, influencing outcomes across multiple business units and geographies.
