Leads the prioritization and delivery of service management solutions across cross-functional teams by creating and managing backlogs, aligning stakeholders, and driving agile execution to ensure business value, operational efficiency, and customer-focused outcomes

Position Compensation Range:
$99,000.00 - $167,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

The Sr. Product Owner role has not been approved for H1 Sponsorhip now or in the future. This also includes Applicants that are currenlty on F1/OPT/STEM exstentions.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Manager, Process Owners, and other leadership to develop and prioritize the backlogs for multiple cross-functional teams
  • Assures backlogs and deliverables align to service management initiatives, ensuring business readiness and success for all deliverables
  • Promotes visibility of all work, including preparation of supporting artifacts to enable successful sprint and PI Planning
  • Utilizes service management process owners and stakeholders to develop solutions that meet deliverables and target dates
  • Assures alignment and direction of cross functional teams focus with management of prioritized backlogs, utilizing Epics and Stories
  • Strives to empower subject matter experts (SMEs) on the team and promotes cross-functional skill development to enhance team capability and flexibility
  • Regularly reports on progress toward deliverables and goals, providing transparency to leadership and stakeholders, and proactively addresses issues to ensure alignment with target dates and business objectives
  • Partners with scrum masters and team members to increase operational efficiency

Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
  • Experience as a Product Owner for a process cross functional team
  • Demonstrated experience leading digital/technology products
  • Extensive knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe),
  • Success at managing data and technology projects, utilizing industry standards and best practices
  • Knowledge and understanding service management and ITIL processes and practices, including incident, problem, request, knowledge, service desk, and governance
  • Experience working with ServiceNow for service management processes
  • Proficient at using Jira and Confluence

At times, sessions may be delivered virtually based on scheduling and availability.

Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office location (or 35-mile radius for Boston) #LI-Hybrid
