Senior Financial Analyst (Hybrid)
Join our Agency Planning FP&A team and help drive the financial strategy behind our Commercial Lines (CFR) business-partner with leaders, turn data into insight, and influence decisions that grow profitability!
In this role, you'll translate financial and operational data into clear insights that support business decisions, planning, and performance measurement. You'll partner closely with divisional leaders and cross-functional teams to inform strategy, improve results, and advance corporate financial and growth goals.
Position Compensation Range:
$80,000.00 - $131,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Drive planning and forecasting:Contribute to the annual Profit & Growth Plan and support reforecasting cycles throughout the year.
- Deliver strategic analysis:Provide complex and/or strategic financial and operational analysis to support business partners and divisional leadership.
- Tell the story with data:Develop insights and recommendations and communicate them in a clear, compelling way for varying audiences.
- Present to leaders:Represent the division by presenting analyses regularly to divisional leadership and occasionally to executive leadership.
- Build models:Use forecasting and modeling techniques to evaluate financial and growth impacts of business decisions and scenarios.
- Create and enhance reporting:Research, design, and develop comprehensive management reporting for all levels of leadership.
- Define success measures:Partner with divisional leaders to build metrics that assess performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally:Serve as a finance subject matter expert on critical cross-functional initiatives and teams.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Knowledge)
- Experience providingcustomer-driven solutions, support, or service.
- Experience withfinancial statementsandmanagement reporting.
- Experience performingcomplex financial and operational analysis(e.g., drivers, trends, sensitivities, profitability).
- Working knowledge offorecasting techniques,statistical analysis,data modeling, and/ordata mining.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110.
