Lead Agency Implementation Consultant (Hybrid)

You'll lead and create quality cohort-based training solutions that focus on the development, enablement and delivery of newer agent start-up promotions and training designed to implement the formulation and execution of key business initiatives. Consult, collaborate, and educate on agency business processes, activities, operations and skills to onboard and grow the agency. Partner with other stakeholders and infuse overall best practices for specific nuanced situations and regular agency matters to optimize results. You will report to the Senior Manager, Agent Implementation.

Position Compensation Range:
$88,000.00 - $145,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

    • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support and processes.
    • Demonstrated experience in business implementation strategy.
    • Demonstrated experience communicating complex, technical information to relevant parties.
    • Demonstrated experience in process development.
    • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
    • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • High level of collaboration and influencing skills to develop effective partnerships with agents as well as cross functional teams and stakeholders across the organization.
    • Solid knowledge and understanding of project management standards, methodologies, concepts, and tools.
    • Solid knowledge and understanding of agent language.
    • Solid knowledge and experience working with digital, AI, automation and other platforms.

    Travel Requirements
    • Up to 15%

    Licenses
    • Property and casualty producer licenses for all operating and/or service states must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
    • Life insurance producer licenses for all operating and/or service states must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
    • Required to maintain current, active license(s) status by continuing education and meeting all state, operating and regulatory requirements.

    Physical Requirements
    • Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.

    In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Eden Prairie, MN 55343; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034
