Are you passionate about designing intuitive, human-centered digital experiences? As a User Experience Designer Intern, you'll help shape the future of Allstate's digital products by creating interfaces that are not only functional-but delightful. You'll work alongside senior designers and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life that serve millions of customers and drive real business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with senior designers to create user interfaces that are accessible, engaging, and aligned with Allstate's brand and customer needs.
• Apply design best practices, usability principles, and knowledge of human behavior to improve digital product experiences.
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional meetings with product managers, developers, and researchers.
• Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Support usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
• Help ensure consistency across platforms by contributing to design systems and style guides.

• Currently pursuing a bachelors in human factors, human computer interaction, interaction design, web design, graphic design, psychology, anthropology,
• You have a foundational understanding of UX design principles and are eager to grow your skills.
• You're currently working in or have experience with digital product design, interaction design, or visual design.
• You're comfortable using design tools and collaborating in a team environment.
• You're curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving problems through design.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and enjoy learning from others.
