Software Engineer Senior Consultant II - Integon

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong full-stack development experience and deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET, Angular, and SQL Server. In this role, you will design, build, and enhance scalable web applications that support critical business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional partners, solve complex technical challenges, contribute to architecture decisions, and help drive engineering best practices across the team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who writes clean, efficient code, thrives in an agile environment, and enjoys mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and support scalable full-stack applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
- Partner with product, design, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality features that meet user and business needs.
- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions that improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Develop and optimize APIs, backend services, database queries, and stored procedures to support reliable application performance.
- Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Review code, promote development standards, and help maintain high quality through testing and CI/CD practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement durable solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and support a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability.
- Continuously evaluate tools, frameworks, and processes to improve team productivity and application quality.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience developing and supporting full-stack web applications in a production environment.
- Strong proficiency with C#, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Hands-on experience with Angular and solid front-end development skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
- Strong database experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and query performance tuning.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Git, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and agile software development practices.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, application security, performance optimization, and maintainable code practices.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, collaborate effectively across teams, and contribute as a senior-level engineering partner.
