• We're growing our Digital Centre of Excellence and inviting experienced technologists to explore a range of opportunities at various levels across our product engineering teams. If you are an experienced engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following technologies, we welcome the opportunity to discuss potential opportunities at Allstate with you.

• Java

• Spring Boot

• Python

• Angular

• React.js

• Microsoft Fabric

• Building and enhancing full‑stack applications using modern languages, frameworks, and cloud‑native tooling.

• Leading engineering best practices including TDD, CI/CD, DevOps automation, and 12‑factor design.

• Partnering with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers in outcome‑focused, cross‑functional teams.

• Taking ownership across the full lifecycle-from architecture and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and support.

• Applying modern engineering principles to continuously improve performance, reliability, and quality.

• Exploring emerging technologies such as generative and agentic AI as part of Allstate's innovation culture.

• Bring strong professional experience in software engineering, cloud development, or platform engineering.

• Have deep technical foundations and a passion for solving complex, real‑world problems.
