Job Description
The Corporate Intelligence Manager leads a team of consultants responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on global threats and risks that may impact the company's operations, personnel, assets, and reputation. This role ensures timely and actionable intelligence is delivered to senior leadership and key stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and proactive risk mitigation. May lead training initiatives to enhance readiness across the organization. Partners strategically in crisis and emergency response efforts, ensuring organizational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of intelligence analysts across multiple regions or business units, overseeing daily operations, task assignments, and team management.
- Guide the collection and analysis of open-source, proprietary, and partner intelligence related to geopolitical risks, cyber threats, and physical security concerns.
- Produce strategic and tactical intelligence products, including threat assessments, risk forecasts, and executive briefings, and ensure intelligence outputs are timely, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Cybersecurity, Corporate Brand, Fraud, Legal, HR, Crisis Management) to support investigations, incident response, and strategic planning.
- Serve as a key point of contact for intelligence sharing with external partners, including law enforcement, industry groups, and vendors.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior executives and cross-functional leadership.
- Develop and maintain intelligence policies, SOPs, and analytical frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, legal, and ethical standards in intelligence operations.
- Lead initiatives to enhance intelligence capabilities through technology, training, and partnerships.
EXPERIENCE
- US 0132 Government Management Intelligence Job Series experience (preferred)
- 10 or more years of experience (Preferred)
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This job has supervisory duties
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI) (Preferred)
- SANS Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) (Preferred)
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
- Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with intelligence platforms (e.g., Dataminr, Flashpoint, Recorded Future, Babel Street)
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Knowledge of global regulatory environments and risk frameworks
- Experience supporting executive protection, travel risk, or crisis management programs
- Experience in corporate security, geopolitical risk, or threat intelligence within a business environment
- Proficiency in data visualization and intelligence reporting tools
TRAVEL
- Travel required as needed. Must have a US valid passport.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 80,000.00 - 136,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
