Claims Reporting Representative - Integon

Job Description
As a Claims Reporting Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers reporting a loss. You'll gather essential information, explain the claims process in a clear and empathetic way, and route calls or documentation to the appropriate teams.
This role is ideal for people who communicate calmly under pressure, enjoy helping others, and take pride in providing accurate and compassionate support.

What You'll Do

  • Establish rapport with customers and gather details to file First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims.
  • Provide clear explanations of the claims process and next steps.
  • Receive, screen, and route incoming phone calls and electronic correspondence.
  • Communicate with customers and third parties to obtain or provide claim-related information.
  • Accurately document customer interactions following established guidelines.
  • Assist with scheduling inspections and arranging rental cars when needed.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism during every conversation.
  • Use online systems and prompts to guide callers and set expectations.

What You Bring

Required

  • Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in claims, customer service, or call center environments.
  • Prior exposure to insurance processes or terminology.

Job Requirements & Schedule

  • Training Schedule: 5:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Work Schedule (flexibility required):
    Availability: Monday to Friday starting at 5:00 a.m., and a short shift on Saturday.
    Fixed schedule will be assigned after training.

Work Location

  • On-site and eligible for work-from-home after 4 months, based on performance and readiness.
