Job Description
The Alion CTO office is seeking a market making technology leader to engage with clients to develop next generation C5ISR mission systems. The objective for this technical leader is to engage with customers to architect the most advanced mission system solutions for manned and unmanned multi-INT platforms and PED operations. Technical scope includes sensors, signal processing (include AI/ML), data fusion, human machine teaming, command and control, secure data transport/processing/storage, and user interfaces for analyst operations.
The candidate should possess a strong understanding of all ISR operational domains and CONOPS, manned and unmanned ISR technologies (incl. sensors and processing), and big data enterprise architectures. The ability to innovate and leverage modern commercial AI/ML, cloud compute, and visualization technology is required. The candidate will lead client vision into the new era of big data enterprise..

Duties:
As a Senior C5ISR mission solution architect the candidate will develop advanced concepts to win RDTE contracted work and system integration contracts. The candidate will lead technical solution development and serve as a key person in proposing large programs and supporting launch. The candidate will also support business groups in the identification and execution of local IRAD projects related to the domain.
Required Skills:
Education: BS Engineering or Science, Advanced Engineering Degree preferred
10 Years' experience as an ISR system development or integration engineer
10 Years' experience as a Senior C5ISR Systems Engineer
Experience with modern system engineering processes /practices
Experience in leading technical projects with DoD Program Management guidelines
Security Clearance Required: TS with SCI eligibility
