Job Description
The Alion CTO office is seeking a market making technology leader to engage with clients to develop next generation electronic warfare system concepts for advanced national platforms and assets. The objective for this technical leader is to conceive and architect disruptive approaches to EW and countermeasures for national assets which must operate in contested environments. Project scope includes advanced sensing, low latency edge signal processing, countermeasure development, and countermeasure test planning and qualification, control system design, and communications methods needed to ensure success under contested spectrum conditions.
The candidate should possess a strong understanding of current air and space platform communications, EW capabilities, and Aerial EW warfare techniques while also understanding modern applicable commercial technologies.

Duties:
As Senior Solution Architect the candidate will develop advanced concepts to win RDTE contracted work and system integration contracts with Alion business groups. The candidate will support business groups in the identification and execution of local IRAD projects related to the domain.
Required Skills:
Education: BS Engineering or Science, Advanced Engineering Degree preferred
10 Years' experience as a system development or integration engineer
10 Years' experience as a Senior Systems Engineer
Experience with modern system engineering process practices
Experience in leading technical projects with DoD Program Management guidelines
Security Clearance Required: TS with SCI eligibility
