Summary

HII-Technical Solutions Division is looking for a Senior SIGINT Analyst to work in Fort Gordon, Georgia. Join us as we change intelligence delivery for combatant commands across the globe!

What you will do

  • Perform geolocation and SIGINT collection, processing, analysis and reporting on tasked signals of interest in accordance with NSA associated USSIDs and CONOPS
  • Perform SIGINT PED with data from A­ ISR sensors
  • Responsible for capturing analytical findings in textual, graphic, vector, or other formats as directed by national and local policy and will ensure that SIGINT reporting adheres to national, theater, and local policies which govern content, accuracy, formatting, classification, and timeliness
  • Maintain familiarity and expertise with all relevant classification guides, security policy, and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs)
  • Disseminate intelligence reports through a variety of mediums
  • Maintain the capability of disseminating intelligence data across multi-domain networks

What we are looking for

  • 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience
  • 3 of last 5 years supporting SIGINT collection
  • Excellent written and oral communication, research, and analytic skills
  • Expert ability to manage personnel, requirements, and coordination of projects
  • Expert capabilities to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports
  • Extensive experience supporting decision making and special projects on integration issues, including the preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholders
  • Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and design
  • Expert knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products
  • Experience with tradecraft and publication and ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reports
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance


Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and in assisting with drafting expert assessments across operations priorities on behalf of the stakeholder
  • Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification from any of the Service Cryptologic Components (SCC)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Security Agency/Central Security Service NSA/CSS) policies and procedures


Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
