Who we are
HII-Technical Solutions Division is seeking a qualified expert-level ORSA to support our customer, U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC). The ORSA provides support for ACC Directorate Organizing, Training, and Equipping (OT&E) responsibilities as well as overall ISR OT&E responsibilities. This position supports A2 lead command and lead MAJCOM responsibilities for analysis, targeting, and collections, using various intelligence disciplines. The incumbent designs, develops, and applies a variety of decision analytics, mathematical and statistical techniques to address operational and planning challenges to facilitate senior leadership decisions. He/she provides unique and timely analysis on a range of pressing, operationally focused issues using multi-source data in the context of interdisciplinary techniques and methods.

What you will do
- Ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
- Analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques aligned with labor category mission.
- Extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to Defense planners and policymaker (e.g., Undersecretary level or higher).
What to bring with you
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
- Required Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Required Education: Master's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. A bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related expert experience, for a total of 20 years, is a substitute to the master's degree.
- Clearance- Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI1
Physical Requirements
May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
