Job Description
Summary:
- Responsible for daily administration of a network/server environment.
- Experience installing, configuring and administering GCCS Server and Client.
- Experience in System Administration of Windows 10 and Linux (RHEL) systems in virtualized and non-virtualized environments
- Experience with Windows 10, Linux (RHEL) and Virtualized Environments (i.e.VMware)
- Understand Basic Active Directory.
- DHCP and DNS concepts for troubleshooting purposes; Understand basic networking concepts
- Have a good understanding of basic hardware configurations and troubleshooting techniques
- Knowledge of existing DoD/DoN C4I communications systems and sensors
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Candidate must be able to obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification
- Preferred - Experience administering other C4I systems and applications such as LMMT, GGCS-J and TBMCS (but not required).
