Responsible for first level of problem identification and resolution. Responsible for elevating problems that can't be solved on the phone with the user to other Help Desk technicians for more in-depth analysis and resolution.
Position Specific Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under supervision.
BS/BA. (4 years' experience in lieu of degree is acceptable AS/AA and 2 years' experience in lieu of degree is acceptable)
Required Certifications: IAT Level II
Desired Certifications: ITIL
