HII -Technical Solutions Division (TSD) is looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Information Security Analyst to provide full-time support for the U.S. Army Cargo Helicopters Program Management (Cargo PM) Office in Huntsville, Alabama. The Cargo Helicopters PM Office is responsible for providing expert technical support for U.S. Army Cargo Aviation worldwide. #LI-AK1

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with internal Cargo PM engineering teams and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners to plan, design and develop security architectures to meet certification and business requirements.
• Support Cargo PM Cybersecurity activities including, risk assessments, and decision support activities.
• Performing security assessments of proposed and existing aviation-based information systems using applicable industry guidance and methods.

• 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; or 3 years relevant experience with a Masters in related field; 0 years relevant experience with PhD in related field; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 9 years relevant experience.
• Experienced with Risk Management Framework process.
• Experience generating and reviewing threat scenarios and data flow diagrams to identify security risks.
• Experience developing and coordinating the execution of test procedures to verify security measures.
• Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to provide both onsite (Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama) and telework support as required by customer.
• Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• A new Federal Executive Order requires that employees of Federal contractors be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by December 8, 2021. Accordingly, as a condition of employment with Technical Solutions, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, employees will be required to provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption prior to starting employment.

• Experienced utilizing Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).
• Experience performing Cybersecurity Compliance Validation Tests (CVT), author CVT reports, recommend fixes, and track CVT events.
• Familiarity with the Federal Information Security Modernization Act, reporting requirements and Department of Defense Directive 8570 compliance.
• Certification as a Certified Information Systems Security Officer or Certified Information Systems Security Manager.
• Familiarity with CH-47 Chinook avionics, electronics and aircraft systems architecture.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
