Job Description
The Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE) Database Administrator is responsible for supporting the company's IBM Maximo solution, resolves user issues, and preform enhancements as business requirement evolve. Will be involved in the development work, occasionally directed in several aspects of the work, while gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
Qualifications:
- May require a bachelor's degree of computer discipline or its equivalent.
- Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
- Security+ or equivalent certification required
- IBM Maximo certification strongly preferred

- Designs, develops, and supports application solutions using the IBM Maximo application and related frameworks and technologies.
- Strong knowledge on Maximo configurations which includes Maximo Integration Framework, Application Designer, Workflows, Actions, Roles, Escalations, Crontasks, Start Centers, Logging, Communication templates, Global data restrictions, Security, Conditional expression manager, Database Config, Relationships, Email Listeners, Security groups.
- Strong knowledge on Java Scripts and other scripts languages like Python, and Jython. Should have good Debugging and Troubleshooting knowledge. Strong Knowledge on Java Class files, bean classes, MBO, Scripting, XML modifications
- Maximo Solution design, development, data migration, integration, configuration, & deployment; upgrade IBM MAXIMO Asset Management. Supervise & document data migration strategy.
- Must be have experience and training in IBM Maximo 7.6 application configuration and support (e.g., Maximo Integration Framework, Java, and BIRT report writing)
- Strong Knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL.
- Must currently hold and be able to maintain a US Secret security clearance
