HII-Technical Solutions Division is seeking a qualified expert-level Cyber Analyst to support our customer, U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC). The Cyber Analyst provides direct support in specific areas, including national cryptologic, IT, cyber, ISR, tactical analysis, Commander support, and national-to-tactical signals intelligence. This positon will support the customer with the execution of global full spectrum ISR operations. This position supports A2 lead command and lead MAJCOM responsibilities for analysis, targeting, and collections, using various intelligence disciplines.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Designs, tests, and implements state-of-the-art secure operating systems, networks, and database products. Conducts risk assessment and provides recommendations for application design. Involved in a wide range of security issues including architectures, firewalls, electronic data traffic, and network access. Uses encryption technology, penetration and vulnerability analysis of various security technologies, and information technology security research. May prepare security reports to regulatory agencies.

  • Ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
  • Analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques aligned with labor category mission.
  • Extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to Defense planners and policymaker (e.g., Undersecretary level or higher).


Minimum Qualifications

15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.

Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Requirements

  • Required Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Required Education: Master's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. A bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related expert experience, for a total of 20 years, is a substitute to the master's degree.


Physical Requirements
Job performance requires adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements of a Systems Analyst discipline. Office work environment normally encountered.
