Summary
HII Technical Solutions Division (TSD) is looking for a Command and Control (C2) Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting the Air National Guard (ANG) Distributed Training Operations Center (DTOC) ANG Operating Location (AOL) in Duluth, MN. The qualified candidate will support daily Distributed Training Operations Support to include; Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) event preparation/execution/debrief, scheduled academics and academic program support, scheduled meetings, scheduled training, self-study, Mission Planning support, modeling and simulation (M&S) support, and other Operational Testing Training Infrastructure (OTTI) support defined by the Government.

What you will do
Provide operational and tactical level experience in integrated employment of DTOC core missions, with specific expertise in Command and Control employment and integration. Expertise in sister service core missions may be appropriate and requested for training joint customers. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide subject matter expertise supporting DMO training events
- Conduct mission briefing, execution and debriefing and post mission documentation
- Provide C2 expertise in support of DTOC mission planning
- Create scenarios within Environment Generator software.
- Coordinate with Network Operations Center (NOC) personnel for Event Control Center (ECC) set-up
- Provide expertise at meetings, Initial Planning Teams (IPT), working groups, and other related events.
What we are looking for
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
- Current or previously qualified Air Battle Manager, Weapons Director, and/or Air Intercept Controller, preferred within last 3 years.
- Must be familiar with Air Combat Command (ACC) Multi-Service Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures for Air Control Communication (AFTTP 3-2.8).
- Secret Clearance with the ability to upgrade TS/SCI and SAP/SAR
Preferred Requirements
- Three (3) years' experience conducting events in a robust DMO environment (Simulator experience considered)
- Instructor or Evaluator experience
- Experience with environment generator software to include Next Generation Threat System (NGTS) and Modern Air Combat Environment (MACE)
- Current Top Secret Security Clearance
Physical Requirements
Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
