HII-Technical Solutions Division is seeking a qualified expert-level Analytic Facilitator to support our customer, U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC). The Analytic Facilitator provides support for ACC Directorate Organizing, Training, and Equipping (OT&E) responsibilities as well as overall ISR OT&E responsibilities. This position supports A2 lead command and lead MAJCOM responsibilities for analysis, targeting, and collections, using various intelligence disciplines. The incumbent develops, maintains, and delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards. He/she provides lesson plans, presentations and curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned education system. This position is responsible for reviewing emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products. The Analytic Facilitator develops and maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the government

Essential Job Responsibilities

Plans, develops, and implements technical product training programs for customers, and/or employees, and field support teams. Technical training may include standard, repeatable modules, customized and new product modules. Obtains information from customer and technical organizations, engineering, software and product requirements to prepare training programs; prepares lesson plans and training materials; designs product demonstrations; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. Conducts training sessions, product demonstrations, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. May administer tests. Continuously revises lesson plans to ensure course material reflect product features, meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date. May include military trainers.

  • Ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
  • Analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques aligned with labor category mission.
  • Extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to Defense planners and policymaker (e.g., Undersecretary level or higher).


Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience.
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance


Preferred Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Master's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. A bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related expert experience, for a total of 20 years, is a substitute to the master's degree.


Physical Requirements
Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
