Key Responsibilities
• Manage corporate and client banking relationships and work closely with global banking partners to adopt and implement best in class treasury strategies.
• Cultivate mutually beneficial banking partnerships that enable the success of the company's business strategy.
• Optimize global cash positioning and liquidity management for maximum efficiency, safety, and proper returns.
• Streamline and ensure accurate reconciliation processes and proper accounting.
• Execution of payments and transaction processing, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Partner with global teams on banking technology implementations, upgrades, and problem resolution.
• Identify, analyze, and manage global foreign exchange exposures to minimize the volatility of the company's earnings.
• Ensure company's subsidiaries are properly funded and monitored for excess cash levels. Develop recommendations that efficiently centralize global cash.
• Optimize Workday technology for treasury operations and reporting.
• Champion safety through prompt and continuous user audits of internal systems and bank portals
• Support debt-related items and tracking of key metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Audit, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and other teams.
• Apply AI-driven tools to enhance forecasting, risk management, and operational accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with global treasury regulations and internal controls.
Champion attention to detail in every process and remain at the forefront of fraud prevention tools and diligence to protect the organization.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Advanced degree a plus
• Strong knowledge of banking technology, payment systems, and treasury platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.

• Min 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking or Treasury
• Knowledge of Workday and ERP systems.
