Technical Demo Analyst - Product Management Supervisor
The demo analyst supervisor will serve as a primary subject matter expert/product owner for the live demo (Showcase client).
In this role, you will collaborate with product teams and other stakeholders to understand the scope/requirements for the live demo updates.
Additionally, you may support the static demo updates working in partnership with the demo development team, as needed and you will partner with and support the Demo and Interactive Experience Manager in the creation and maintenance of interactive story/conceptual sales demo experiences (via Figma).
The ideal candidate should have strong presentation, problem-solving, quality assurance skills, and high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
The Technical Demo Supervisor will report to the Demo and Interactive Experience Manager. The Technical Demo Supervisor is responsible for delivering a broad spectrum of tasks, including:
General Demo Support
- Represent the team in stakeholder meetings and communicate demo status and understand new needs
- Be able to work well within a small team and support colleagues on any ad-hoc requirements and tasks
- Assist in identifying and implementing strategies to create/ enhance demo configuration tooling capabilities to support the vast needs of our business partners and sellers
- Partner with various stakeholders to understand the live demo requirements needed to support live demo enhancements
- Oversee and mentor Technical Demo Analysts (Associate and Specialist).
- Set demo strategy and manage the development and deployment of live demos
Live Demo Support
Live demo support for the Showcase client is the primary responsibility of the Technical Demo team
- Performs system configuration for CBA and Alight Worklife configuration, based on needs of end users
- Manage the end-to-end process of identifying, scheduling, and implementing updates for monthly product releases and enhancements, ensuring the Showcase client demo consistently showcase the latest functionality
- Manages the creation and execution of test plans and data refresh activities and ensure all tasks are accurately completed according to documented requirements
- Document requirements for demo configuration of new product enhancements
- Assist in leading and managing documentation for the Showcase client(s)
- Communicates regularly with stakeholders to provide status updates
- Resolve complex demo defects and drive root cause analysis
- Works with demo team leaders to deploy new solutions and answer questions related to configuration and user data
- Collaborate with team members on ad-hoc tasks and process improvements
- Partners with Product leaders and Solution Architects to ensure Showcase client remains current with the latest product updates, across services
- Works with demo team leaders to deploy new solutions and answer questions related to configuration and user data
- Manages creation of standard operation procedures
- Participates and owns portions of training and deployment of product enhancements within the live demo
- Own process improvement initiatives and coach the broader team on solutions and system tools
- Support the demo enablement work, including the creation of interactive Figma demos and conceptual sales experiences, as needed
- Participates in iteration life cycle and deployment governance for the Showcase client
- Owns the execution/managing of system activities, operating procedures, project tasks, timelines, and resource allocation for demo-related projects
- Complex query development
- Manages work activities of a small team responsible for the documentation, configuration, testing, data refresh and deployment of live demo
Team Development
- Contribute to process improvement opportunities within the demo enablement team
- Encourages global and cross-cultural team support
- Coaches and provides feedback to entry level colleagues
- Coaches broader team on solutions and system tools for self-service Alight Worklife configuration
Qualifications and Experience
- BA/BS degree with a minimum of 3+ years work experience
- 2+ years of CBA and Alight Worklife configuration experience, business analysis/quality assurance
- 2+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering/development and design teams
- Proven leadership and team leader experience
- Benefits administration experience is preferred

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamically changing environment
- Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to handle multiple project assignments
