You will join the Global Operations Training team. We support frontline teams and prepare them to best serve our customers. We are a global team with expertise in training design, development, delivery, and organizational development.

The Difference You Will Make:
As a Training Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our tactical training operations, with a primary focus on vendors and region-specific markets. You will work closely with the Training Partner Managers, acting as an internal Airbnb point of contact for our growing network of partner trainers, supporting them with questions and concerns, channeling feedback to the appropriate teams within Airbnb and supporting the execution of a wide array of training operations exercises.
To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent organization and attention to detail, and remain flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. Day-to-day activities may include collection, organizing, scheduling, monitoring and distributing information across our internal and external global CS network. Your passion for operational excellence, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, will ensure our teams remain organized and effective.
A Typical Day:
- Act as an internal Airbnb POC, supporting vendors and channeling questions and feedback to appropriate teams within Airbnb, including Service Delivery Partner Optimization, Workforce Management, Knowledge Management and Quality.
- Build and preserve trusted relationships through clear and direct communication, collaboration and delegation across multiple levels, internally and externally.
- Coordinate the logistics of internal new hire training by working closely with Talent, Recruiting and the Learning Facilitation Team Manager.
- Develop and drive vendor trainer engagement initiatives, including organizing and moderating regular meetings.
- Ensure training performance documentation is accessible, completed correctly and in full, and conduct regular audits to ensure required maintenance is addressed in a timely manner.
- Support with troubleshooting technical issues and driving completion of critical projects.
Your Expertise:
- Experience working with training operations and third-party vendors.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, flexibility, proactivity and resourcefulness.
- Preferred knowledge of Tableau, SQL and other Airbnb databases, including creating queries and manipulating large data sets
- Preferred familiarity with Absorb (LMS) and Orchestra (TMS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of the ability to work across departments and levels.
- Adaptability to quickly adjust to new technologies, business needs and workload reprioritization.
- Willingness to travel, if necessary (up to 25%).
Your Location:
This position is Canada - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. While the position is Remote Eligible, you must live in a province where Airbnb Canada, Inc. has a registered entity. Currently we can hire in the following provinces: Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.
