The Community You Will Join:

The Homes Supply team is responsible for growing Airbnb’s supply base and ensuring we maintain a diverse, high-quality portfolio of home listings that meet guest expectations for value, variety, and experience. The team also supports hosts globally by enabling efficient planning and execution of growth strategies that align with Airbnb’s mission and resonate with local communities.

The Difference You will Make:

This role requires candidates to be based in Barcelona, London, Paris. This role is not eligible for relocation support.

As a EMEA Supply Business Operations, you are entrusted with the Strategy and Planning activities for the region, working closely with the Territory Managers, Acquisition Lead, as well as many cross-functional teams.

A Typical Day: 

Strategic Planning & Analysis

  • Partner with the EMEA Homes Director to define and execute regional strategy, goals, and key initiatives
  • Build and maintain frameworks for tracking business performance against OKRs and company priorities
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities across EMEA

Operational Excellence

  • Design and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, transparency, and cross-functional alignment
  • Own the cadence of business reviews (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs), ensuring the leadership team has clear visibility into performance
  • Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities — and drive action plans to resolution

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a connective tissue between the EMEA Homes team and key partners including Product, Marketing, Policy, Finance, Data Science, and Customer Service
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders on high-priority projects and regional launches
  • Represent EMEA Homes perspectives in global Biz Ops forums and planning cycles

Insights & Storytelling

  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for leadership audiences
  • Build dashboards, reports, and presentations that drive informed decision-making
  • Champion a culture of data-driven thinking within the team

Your Expertise:

  • 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, management consulting, or a related analytical role
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel/Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Superset); AI knowledge. . 
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from ideation to execution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — both written and verbal
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action and ownership
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment
