Acts as a subject matter expert on various benefit programs defined in our collectively bargained
agreements (CBA), such as H&W programs, Pension programs, and various other types of
activities dictated by the CBA. Evaluates benefit program functionality within the HR systems, along with interaction with third party administrators, recommending innovative ways to
improve processes. Serves as quality assurance lead for CBA administration in support of
consistent administrative practices. Develops and maintains department documentation and
training aids. Acts as primary resource for team members. Coordinates various data resources
and produces financial summary reporting for Finance related to all benefits programs, in support
of SOX controls. Works with a variety of internal and external contacts, including vendors,
auditors, brokers and regulatory agencies.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary liaison with brand labor teams to assess CBA's and interpret content for
necessary change management in the related HRIS system(s).
• Supports claims, contributions, and other data assessment initiatives as needed to assist the brand labor team(s) as well as external auditors and consultants.
• Reviews, updates and analyzes department documentation for accuracy and SOX compliance.
• Develops and supports training of new CBB Coordinators.
• Creates documentation and training of standard operating procedures for CBB team
• Coordinates business user acceptance testing of system functionality, including supporting
the development of business requirements and test plans. Delegates detailed test scripts to
CBB team for execution, and ensures tested updates are working properly post-migration to
production.
• Develops standard operating procedures. Monitors administrative integrity, develops tracking
systems to monitor assigned benefit program transactions and makes technical system
improvement recommendations.
• Oversees the integrity and accuracy of financial data and vendor payments for Plan
reconciliation.
• Stays current on benefit trends and applicable legislation.
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in Benefits Administration, claims processing,
collectively bargained benefits or other benefits related area.
• Intermediate MS Office, Visio and Project skills. • Advanced Excel skill
• HR systems knowledge.
• Strong understanding of ERISA and applicable benefit provisions.
• Strong Customer Service Skills.
• Basic accounting skills.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560
