Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from May 26, 2026, through August 14, 2026. Department/Position Description:
The Procurement Systems Governance team is responsible for oversight of the tools and processes that drive accurate forecasting and replenishment for our Procurement operations. Our team manages user interactions with a key forecasting system within the Relex platform, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting a low-touch methodology through opportunity identification and training. This work is vital to maintaining the supply chain's balance, helping to ensure products are available when and where they are needed while minimizing inventory opportunities.
Your day will involve diving into the Relex tool, exporting large sets of data, and identifying opportunities with usage of the tool. You'll spend time analyzing data to find root causes of issues, collaborating with your team to brainstorm and implement solutions, and regularly communicating your findings to leadership. Your focus will be on ensuring that manual overrides are reduced or maintained at low levels and continuously improving the system's effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Working towards a degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics or related field
- Proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI
- Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles, data analytics, or statistics
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $31.00
