Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from July 13, 2026, through December 4, 2026. Department/Position Description:

The Data Integration team operates at the intersection of ADUSA's Analytics and IT organizations, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. We analyze business requirements, create technical intake forms, and coordinate deliverables with the IT team. We serve as a liaison between various data partners and work closely with the Data Governance team to ensure customer data is accurately reflected. Additionally, we act as Product Managers for Agile squads composed of developers and QA team members, ensuring smooth execution and alignment across all stakeholders. During the co-op, you'll strengthen your SQL and analytical skills by building and optimizing data solutions across multiple grocery banners. You'll gain hands-on experience in evaluating business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing data-driven solutions. This role also offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration, working closely with analysts, managers, and executives to translate business needs into actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Currently working towards a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or similar
• Exposure to cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure Data Lake and Databricks concepts like Unity Catalog
• Experience with Python and SQL
• Good understanding of Atlassian suite and features specifically JIRA and Confluence.
• Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills. Good time-management skills
• Documentation skills
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $31.00

IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $34.20
