Primary Purpose
The Digital Campaign Execution Specialist has a specific role responsible it the execution of the campaign plans across the various platforms for the five brands and includes the start which is campaign planning and the end which is the execution. The role is important to be the conduit between Digital Merchandising and Product/Tech and Ad Tech to ensure plans are executed weekly/daily/quarterly both in small scale and large scale campaigns across all 5 brands while ensuring there are no errors on any of the sites or applications. The role supports the Campaign Production Manager on the impact, improvement and innovation to create a truly frictionless and engaging digital shopping experience for the GLBs (Great Local Brands).
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the adoption of the fundamentals of digital merchandising and help scale best-in-class efficient workflows, processes, and timelines, embedding operational excellence into digital media and developing associates on the team to increase capabilities and enhance skills, knowledge and performance.
- Run the analysis and insights to support Campaign Managers with onsite program development
- Assist the Campaign Execution manager by creating established digital marketing campaigns through partnership with SEO/SEM, social media, and display
- Support the Campaign Execution Manager with the development and execution of long-term site merchandising campaign strategies that align with GLB customer objectives, drive e-commerce revenue and monetization income growth.
- Provide analytics for the Manager to create the short-term site merchandising strategy for seasonal campaigns & events to achieve key business and financial objectives translating the site strategy into site content and experiences, inclusive of monthly and quarterly content planning meetings.
- Leverage data, reporting and analytical insights to set goals, measure success and provide insights on future campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
- 4+ years related experience in Site Merchandising, Ecommerce, Category Management or Marketing
- Great written and verbal communication skills with all levels of internal stakeholders and external client partners
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail - achieve timelines and campaign deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to create a customer obsession focused on building the right website experience for our brands
- Previous campaign planning and execution experience

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560
IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480
