Global Mobility Coordinator (Bangkok based - 6 months contract)
Agoda has experienced dramatic growth. As the company grows and attracts more talent, Agoda seeks to hire a self-motivated, dynamic Global Mobility Specialist to help build our ability to provide high-quality customer service for our employees around the world. We expect the successful candidate to bring prior knowledge, quantitative acumen, and relevant immigration experience to the role.
The Global Mobility Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract) supports the delivery of Thailand immigration operations and employee service requests, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for employees throughout their mobility journey. This role focuses on operational execution, coordination, and responsive service support to employees and the Employee Service Center.

In this role, you will get to:
- Support day-to-day coordination of Thailand immigration processes for expatriate employees, including new hires, relocations, and assignments
- Execute assigned tasks accurately and on time, ensuring documentation completeness and compliance with checklist requirements
- Respond to employee and Employee Service Center inquiries clearly, professionally, and promptly
- Provide accurate information on visa processes, document requirements, and timelines under guidance
- Track case progress and ensure proper documentation and record maintenance
- Identify issues in task execution and escalate clearly with relevant details
- Apply logical thinking to resolve basic operational problems independently where appropriate
- Support process documentation updates and administrative improvements
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth case handling

What you'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good command of English and Thai (verbal and written)
- Strong service mindset and positive attitude when supporting employees
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in documentation and data entry
- Logical thinker with structured problem-solving ability
- Fast learner with flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Calm and professional when handling urgent or high-volume requests
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical integrity
