The Opportunity:
Join our dynamic team as an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. Dive into the heart of recruitment, working collaboratively to source, screen, and connect with top-tier candidates across a variety of functions. Your journey will involve close collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure that Agoda attracts and secures the brightest talent in the market.

You’ll have the chance to contribute to and implement best practices, make an immediate impact on our talent acquisition strategy, and help bring exceptional individuals on board to drive Agoda’s continued success.
In this Role, you'll get to
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs.
- Develop the recruitment strategy and ways to build a talent pipeline accordingly.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process ensuring a seamless, uniform, and positive candidate experience.
- Build your network with high-potential talents to ensure that the business has access to the best talent in the market, working comfortably on a global level.
- Engage in creative talent mapping efforts for the purposes of building our candidate pipeline as well as to provide market intelligence to the business.
- Work on recruitment projects and training to improve the standard for hiring within the organization.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-growing tech company or top-tier agency.
- Candidates must hold Thai nationality, as this role does not support visa sponsorship.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership across the organization using a data-driven approach.
- Experience closing candidates across various seniority levels and negotiating complex compensation packages.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse), and the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive process enhancements.
- A genuine passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
