Senior Product Manager, Observability

Platform Engineering is building Platform as a Product, enabling engineers to autonomously build and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable applications with high speed and quality. A critical enabler in this mission is our Observability platform, part of the Shared Application Capabilities (SAC) cluster.

Observability empowers all Adyen engineers to understand, operate, and improve their systems with confidence. By unifying logs, metrics, traces, and alerts into a cohesive ecosystem, the Observability platform provides engineers with paved paths for reliable instrumentation, monitoring, alerting, and incident management. With a standardized, by-default observability approach integrated into our SDLC, engineers gain actionable insights that improve reliability, reduce operational overhead and strengthen our merchant experience..
