Real Food For Real People
'wichcraft takes great pride in providing real food to its guests. Food is prepared daily in ‘wichcraft’s kitchens, allowing employees to hand pick ingredients and ensure unparalleled quality. From slow roasted, braised, and carved sandwich meats to hand-pulled mozzarella to freshly baked pastries, ’wichcraft works with small producers whenever possible—aiming for in-season greenmarket vegetables, sustainably raised meat, and fair trade beverages.
What 'wichcraft Does
‘wichcraft is an innovative sandwich service like no other. For over ten years, ‘wichcraft has been at the forefront of the farm-to-table movement, sourcing ingredients from artisan producers & local farmers. Known for crafting sandwiches with fresh, high-quality ingredients, ‘wichcraft puts a chef’s expertise into its menu of sandwiches—resulting in robust & balanced meal choices for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
‘wichcraft is a NYC staple with multiple stores at landmark locations—from Bryant Park to Lincoln Center to Chelsea Piers. ’wichcraft supports the NYC community and works closely with its partners to offer fun events around the city. In 2013, 'wichcraft co-hosted a Backyard Pig Roast in Bryant Park as well as a documentary screening of 'A Place at the Table' at The TimesCenter.
