Lauren studied English literature in college before landing a gig at a radio station in NYC—which eventually led to working in the software industry as an account manager. After hearing about the esteemed SendGrid culture, she took a leap and entered the next chapter of her career—even if it meant promoting digital words over print.

Lauren’s mornings start in the SendGrid kitchen with a quiet breakfast, which is a necessary preparation for the influx of emails she receives. Once she’s through the queue, she services her client accounts and delivers relevant feedback to the Product Team for development. She also collaborates with other technical account managers on creating the perfect user experience for clients.
